1. Information We Collect

We collect and process information that is reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, improve our products, and comply with legal obligations. The information collected depends on the features you use and your device and privacy settings.

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account and contact information: If you create an account or contact us, we may collect an account identifier, email address, display name, preferences, feedback, and the contents of your communications. We do not store passwords in plain text.
• Prompts and user content: When you use Orinqela AI to generate, analyze, transform, summarize, or otherwise process content, we process the prompts, files, text, images, audio, video, outputs, and related settings that you submit or create. Do not submit content you do not have the right to process or content containing another person's sensitive information without appropriate authorization.
• Transaction information: If you purchase a subscription or another paid feature, the relevant app store or payment provider generally processes your payment details directly. We may receive limited information such as an order number, purchased product, subscription status, transaction date, and refund status. We do not store complete payment-card numbers or payment-account passwords.

1.2 Device, Network, and Usage Information

We may automatically collect:

• device model and manufacturer, operating system and version, app version, language, time zone, screen settings, available storage, and network type;
• IP address, timestamps, network status, application identifiers, crash logs, and performance diagnostics; and
• features or pages accessed, clicks, time spent, first-open time, error information, and permission status.

Where permitted by applicable law and enabled by your settings, we may also collect advertising identifiers and information about ad impressions, clicks, and attribution. We treat this information as personal information where applicable law defines it that way and use it only for the purposes described in this Policy.

1.3 Device Permissions

Depending on the features you use, Orinqela AI may request access to your files or photos, camera, microphone, notifications, or network connection. You can withdraw a permission through your device settings at any time. Features that depend on that permission may then stop working properly. We do not access files, photos, the camera, or the microphone without your authorization.

1.4 Information We Do Not Proactively Collect

Unless you voluntarily provide it or applicable law requires it, we do not collect government identification numbers, precise location, contacts, text messages, call content, or biometric templates for the purpose of identifying you. If a new feature requires this type of information, we will provide additional notice and obtain any permission or consent required before collection.

2. How We Use Information

We may process information to:

1. provide, operate, maintain, and personalize the Services;
2. process your prompts and user content and return the AI-generated or AI-assisted results you request;
3. save drafts, settings, history, and outputs when those features are enabled;
4. provide customer support and respond to feedback;
5. analyze usage, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and develop new features;
6. detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, infringement, or violations of our terms;
7. send service notices, security alerts, updates, billing messages, and, where permitted, marketing messages to which you have agreed;
8. measure advertising effectiveness and provide personalized advertising where applicable and permitted; and
9. comply with applicable laws, court orders, regulatory requests, and other legal obligations.

We do not sell your prompts, uploaded files, or generated content to third parties. We do not use your prompts, uploaded files, or generated content to train general-purpose AI models unless you voluntarily participate in a related program, provide separate authorization, or applicable law expressly permits or requires such use. If a particular feature uses your content differently, we will explain that use within the feature or in a separate notice.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), UK GDPR, or similar data-protection laws apply, we may process personal information based on performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests such as securing and improving the Services and preventing fraud where those interests are not overridden by your rights, or consent for matters such as optional device permissions, personalized advertising, or marketing communications.

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

4. How We Share Information

We do not rent or sell your personal information. We may disclose limited information when necessary to:

• Service providers supporting hosting, cloud storage, AI inference, content processing, analytics, crash monitoring, customer support, payments, and security. They may process information only under our instructions and must maintain appropriate confidentiality and security.
• Analytics and advertising partners, where applicable. SDKs or platforms actually integrated into Orinqela AI may receive limited device, usage, attribution, or advertising information for analytics, fraud prevention, and advertising.
• App stores and payment platforms to complete downloads, subscriptions, refunds, and purchase verification.
• Legal, business, or safety matters when required by law; necessary to protect users or public safety; needed to investigate fraud, abuse, or infringement; or involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Third parties process information under their own privacy policies. Where reasonably practicable, Orinqela AI will identify the third-party services actually used by the project in the app or in an updated version of this Policy.

5. Storage, Retention, and Deletion

1. Depending on the feature and app version, prompts, files, and other user content may be processed on your device or transmitted to and temporarily stored on servers used by Orinqela AI or its service providers.
2. We retain personal information and user content only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, complete audits, or maintain security. We then delete, anonymize, or de-identify it.
3. You may use an in-app deletion feature, where available, or email support@orinqela.ai to request deletion of your account or user content. We may ask you to verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion. Deletion may be irreversible and may make related projects, history, drafts, or outputs unrecoverable.
4. Copies in backup systems may take a reasonable period to be overwritten. During that period, we will restrict their use and continue to apply appropriate security measures.

6. International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process information outside the country or region where you live. When information is transferred across borders, we use safeguards required by applicable law, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another recognized transfer mechanism. Where required, we will obtain additional consent.

7. Information Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, role-based permissions, logging and monitoring, and vendor oversight. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please protect your account credentials and notify us promptly if you believe your account or content has been accessed without authorization.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access and obtain a copy of your personal information; correct inaccurate or incomplete information; request deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; receive your information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format or request its transfer where technically feasible; not be subject to solely automated decisions, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects, subject to applicable exceptions; and lodge a complaint with the appropriate data-protection authority.

Send privacy-rights requests to support@orinqela.ai and describe your request clearly. We may request reasonable identity-verification information and will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why and describe any available appeal or complaint process.

9. Supplementary Notice for California Residents

If you are a California resident, applicable law may give you the right to know the categories, sources, business purposes, and recipients of personal information collected during the preceding 12 months; request deletion or correction; and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

You may submit a verifiable request to support@orinqela.ai. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law. Subject to applicable legal exceptions, we do not sell your prompts, uploaded files, or generated content.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will delete it as soon as reasonably practicable. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact support@orinqela.ai. We will comply with a higher minimum age where required by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Orinqela AI may use third-party services, SDKs, or links to external websites. These may include app-store services, cloud hosting, AI infrastructure, analytics, payment, or advertising providers. Third parties operate under their own privacy policies, and we do not control their independent privacy practices. Please review their policies before using their services. The third-party services actually enabled by Orinqela AI should be identified in the app or an updated version of this Policy.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our business, technology, or legal obligations. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we may also notify you through an in-app notice, pop-up, or another appropriate channel. Unless otherwise required by law, your continued use of the Services after an update becomes effective means that you acknowledge the updated Policy.
